I have a 8 year old daughter who has a weight issue. She is about 25 pounds overweight. I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find on what the typical daily calorie/fat intake should be on a child and also exercise suggestions. She is in Dance once a week but thats it and the school's here in Nevada offer little exercise for her so I would appreciate suggestions. Also finances are an issue so I dont want to pay for soccer or a sport and she end up not liking it and then Im out all that money.
